MONDAY |
6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. |
Kickboxing conditioning drills, mixed with strength training circuits using free weights, make this class an intense full body workout. Increase your stamina and endurance, using your boxing gloves and kicking pads, and tone and sculpt your lean muscle mass with lunges, curls and squats doing circuits with dumbbells. Extremely motivating and an intense workout. Never a dull moment. Burn 800 calories easily in one sweat induced hour. Gotta love it !!

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging !

| TUESDAY |
6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. |
This level builds upon the concepts learned in the beginner classes. Participants will be introduced to more complex punching and kicking techniques and combinations, and the pace of this class will be faster.
Prerequisites: Completed a minimum of 5 beginner classes.

6:30 P.M.-8:00 P.M. |
This class will introduce new students to the basic movements of Muay Thai /Thai boxing. The beginner curriculum consists of punches, kicks, knees, cardio, and conditioning. !

7:15 P.M.-8:15 P.M. |
This class will introduce new participants to the fundamentals of kickboxing. The beginner classes wil teach fighting stance, weight transfer, balance, movement, and basic punching and kicking. Students will learn how to safely use blockers and kicking pads, and how to wrap their hands for protection. A minimum of 5 classes are recommended for this level.

This next level builds upon the concepts learned in the beginner classes. Students will be introduced to more complex punching and kicking techniques and combinations, in addition to learning elbows, and the clinch. The pace of this class is faster, and integrates more use of Thai pads. Technical and light sparring drills incorporated.!

This class will take kickboxing /bootcamp to a whole new level. It is designed for advanced participants looking for a highly enjoyable and very physical full boday workout. Crazy kickboxing combinations paired with creative and fun bootcamp drills is sure to be a 1200 calorie burner.

Drawing on the popularity of bootcamp-style workouts, One On One High Performance has devised its own unique version. This intense and physically demanding class is designed for those people that want an incredible workout that will boost their cardiovascular endurance, burn a ton of calories and condition the whole body. Little emphasis will be placed on technical learning since the main focus of the bootcamp is to achieve a great and consistent burn. This class will heavily incorporate elements of plyometrics, body conditioning, resistance training and anaerobic burnouts.This combined with kickboxing drills,punching and kick combinations guarantee an awesome one hour session. This class is guaranteed to be thoroughly challenging. !!

This is a fun and challenging beginners class of Bootcamp. Timed drills for various bootcamp circuits, engage all your muscle groups, while building your endurance and stamina. Using either the TRX training system, and/or kettlebells, and or bosu balls, skipping ropes, boxing bags, whatever it takes to get you to the next level. Guaranteed !!

This class combines all levels to integrate punching, knees, elbows, and kicking techniques. Padwork,cardio and conditioning along with technical and light sparring, makes this two hour class a complete Muay Thai training.!

This 60 minute workout challenges all our major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music awesome instructors and your choice of weights, inspire you to get the results you came for...and fast !

This class is an OPEN class for all levels to work on improving techniques on bags, and pads, as well as sparring , -supervised by 3 INSTRUCTORS.!
