A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging !

This class will introduce new students to the basic movements of Muay Thai /Thai boxing. The beginner curriculum consists of punches, kicks, knees, cardio, and conditioning. !

7:15 P.M.-8:15 P.M. |
Drawing on the popularity of both kickboxing and strength training,One On One PFS has decided to combine the two disciplines in this new, high intensity class. This incredible workout will boost endurance, burn a ton of calories and condition the whole body.Little empahsis will be placed on technical learning, since the main focus is to achieve a total body burn. The class will incorporate elements of plyometrics, body conditioning,resistance training and kickboxing. Guaranteed to be thoroughly fun and challenging.

This next level builds upon the concepts learned in the beginner classes. Students will be introduced to more complex punching and kicking techniques and combinations, in addition to learning elbows, and the clinch. The pace of this class is faster, and integrates more use of Thai pads. Technical and light sparring drills incorporated.!

This level builds upon the concepts learned in the beginner classes. Participants will be introduced to more complex punching and kicking techniques and combinations, and the pace of this class will be faster.
Prerequisites: Completed a minimum of 5 beginner classes

7:15 P.M.-8:15 P.M. |
This class will introduce new participants to the fundamentals of kickboxing. The beginner classes wil teach fighting stance, weight transfer, balance, movement, and basic punching and kicking. Students will learn how to safely use blockers and kicking pads, and how to wrap their hands for protection. A minimum of 5 classes are recommended for this level.

This class will take kickboxing /bootcamp to a whole new level. It is designed for advanced participants looking for a highly enjoyable and very physical full boday workout. Crazy kickboxing combinations paired with creative and fun bootcamp drills is sure to be a 1200 calorie burner.

This is a fun and challenging beginners class of Bootcamp. Timed drills for various bootcamp circuits, engage all your muscle groups, while building your endurance and stamina. Using either the TRX training system, and/or kettlebells, and or bosu balls, skipping ropes, boxing bags, whatever it takes to get you to the next level. Guaranteed !!

A high intensity 30 minute cycle class followed by 30 minutes of focused yoga to lengthen and strengthen your body. A great condensed workout for those with busy schedules.

4:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. |

This class combines all levels to integrate punching, knees, elbows, and kicking techniques. Padwork,cardio and conditioning along with technical and light sparring, makes this two hour class a complete Muay Thai training.!
