MONDAY |

6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. |
Kickboxing conditioning drills, mixed with strength training circuits using free weights, make this class an intense full body workout. Increase your stamina and endurance, using your boxing gloves and kicking pads, and tone and sculpt your lean muscle mass with lunges, curls and squats doing circuits with dumbbells. Extremely motivating and an intense workout. Never a dull moment. Burn 1200 calories easily in one sweat induced hour !

7:30 P.M.-8:30 P.M. |
A one hour powerclass of Bodysculpt with free weights, that tones,sculpts, and strengthens your upper and lower body and engages your core. The last 15 minutes consist of pure yoga postures, creating that perfect harmony between intensity and cool-down. !

| TUESDAY |
6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. |
This level builds upon the concepts learned in the beginner classes. Participants will be introduced to more complex punching and kicking techniques and combinations, and the pace of this class will be faster.
Prerequisites: Completed a minimum of 5 beginner classes.

6:30 P.M.-8:00 P.M. |
This class will introduce new students to the basic movements of Muay Thai /Thai boxing. The beginner curriculum consists of punches, kicks, knees, cardio, and conditioning. !

7:15 P.M.-8:15 P.M. |
This class will introduce new participants to the fundamentals of kickboxing. The beginner classes wil teach fighting stance, weight transfer, balance, movement, and basic punching and kicking. Students will learn how to safely use blockers and kicking pads, and how to wrap their hands for protection. A minimum of 5 classes are recommended for this level.

This next level builds upon the concepts learned in the beginner classes. Students will be introduced to more complex punching and kicking techniques and combinations, in addition to learning elbows, and the clinch. The pace of this class is faster, and integrates more use of Thai pads. Technical and light sparring drills incorporated.!

6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. |
This level builds upon the concepts learned in the beginner classes. Participants will be introduced to more complex punching and kicking techniques and combinations, and the pace of this class will be faster.
Prerequisites: Completed a minimum of 5 beginner classes.

A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs & sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging !

| THURSDAY |
6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. |

This class will take kickboxing /bootcamp to a whole new level. It is designed for advanced participants looking for a highly enjoyable and very physical full boday workout. Crazy kickboxing combinations paired with creative and fun bootcamp drills is sure to be a 1200 calorie burner.

Punch it out, strengthen your abs, learn to jab,cross, and weave while conditioning your entire body. This is a fun one hour class of punching,skipping,partner-work, and full body conditioning. Float like a butterfly,sting like a bee !!

This 60 min
This 60 minute workout challenges all our major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music awesome instructors and your choice of weights, inspire you to get the results you came for...and fast !

This class is an OPEN class for all levels to work on improving techniques on bags, and pads, as well as sparring , -supervised by 3 INSTRUCTORS.!
